Church History – February 2 – 7:00 p.m.

Join us for this informative session on our church’s history.  We will look at challenges the church has faced, the changes in thinking due to Second Vatican Council, and we as individuals can do to help the Church carry on the work and mission of Jesus Christ.  No need to register; we are glad to have you with us. 
We will meet in the Education Bldg.

Six Dates for Married Couples!

        Six Dates for Catholic Couples is a marriage-building opportunity.  The couple’s attention is focused on “what is good about us” and the blessings that spouses find in each other and in their life together.  Couples spend time together appreciating the treasures of their marriage and polishing them to make their marriage shine.

        Make time to enjoy each other’s company.  Dating comes naturally to couples, but as years go by in a marriage, this practice is often neglected or pushed aside to take care of other family responsibilities.

        Couples start their date by coming to the parish to view a 10-15 minute dvd and to receive a handout.  Then, they leave to continue on their date as they choose.  Childcare will be provided for 2 hours while couples are on their dates.

        To register – call the parish office by February 3^rd with the following information:  couples’ names, phone number, e-mail address, number of children needing childcare and their ages.

Find that one of these dates doesn’t work for you?  We encourage you to still sign up.  You’ll still receive the handouts for that night and have your “date night” on a different night.
